Building Manager
− Coordinated student and professional staff in building operations, event planning, and customer service in the Ohio Union, which
− Supervised and assisted student staff across five different departments totalling over 100 students
− Responded to emergencies in the Union according to the Building Emergency Action Plan
AV Manager
− AV Technician until September 2015, promoted to AV Shift Lead until March 2016, promoted to AV Student Manager.
− Oversaw Audio/Visual student staff and all AV activities at the Ohio Union across 28 event spaces, including one of the largest ballrooms in Central Ohio
− Responded to requests for assistance by clients and other Ohio Union employees
− Interfaced between clients and the professional staff to ensure customer satisfaction
− Operated and resolved issues for all AV equipment needed for events, such as the Buckeyethon Dance Marathon, which had over 5,000 dancers
− Familiar in the use and troubleshooting of Crestron, Philips Strand Lighting, and Yamaha LS9/M7CL Sound.
